Whimsical Outdoor Wedding Reception at Dockside at Dukes by Seattle Wedding Planner, New Creations Weddings
Like so many others, Caitlin & Benjamin’s wedding day was a reschedule from the dreaded 2020 upheaval of weddings. They were so kind, gracious & excited to celebrate their day when it finally arrived and I have to say, this was one of my favorite weddings to design! I LOVED the bold, vibrant colors of their red floral centerpieces, and if you know me, you know I love me a good patterned linen.
Because their wedding was right after restrictions lifted, but still had a few leery guests, we made the decision to move their reception from inside Dockside at Duke’s to the gorgeous outdoor patio instead. I have to tell you, it could not have turned out any better!
A beautiful summer day kissed the night perfectly highlighting the bold colors, tree & water lined views & made people feel much more comfortable attending their first large event post-pandemic.
It was a day so filled with love, joy & amazing memories. Truly one of my favorites of the year! Thank you C&B for allowing me to plan & design your gorgeous wedding day celebration!
