Choice of color scheme, floral arrangements, lighting, linen and textural elements, and custom paper design will transform the venue of your choice to reflect you and your fiancés’ personalities and vision for your day.

Full Design and Coordination Services

• Unlimited contact by phone and email
• Creation of a customized planning checklist
• Customized Vendor recommondations based on style, budget and personality
• Setup and attendance of Venue tours
• Setup and attendance of all Vendor meetings
• Creation of a wedding day timeline for Vendors
• Creation of a Family and Bridal Party wedding day timeline
• Collection of personal decor items such as programs, favors, table numbers, guest book
• Contract review of all potential Vendors
• Unlimited Vendor negotiation
• Vendor confirmation of arrival and departure times
•  Management of wedding rehearsal
• On-site coordination and supervision during all aspects of the wedding day
• One additional Assistant present on the wedding day
• Use of Coordinator’s emergency kit
• Setup of wedding decor items such as programs, favors, table numbers, guess book
• Management of the wedding day timeline
• Distribution of vendor gratuities
• Confirm gifts and special decor are handed over to a delegated person at the end of the wedding
• Design meeting to discuss Pinterest idea board to create the overall look and aesthetic for your wedding day
• Completion of an 11×17″ inspiration board (PDF and print)
• Hand-drawn watercolor rendering of selected tabletop design by Artist Sam Day
• Offer unique suggestions for decor that helps make the wedding day truly represent you
